Group Meditation Evenings
are routinely held once a month (typically on the
3rd Tuesday of the month except during holiday weeks).
A variety of meditation techniques are employed including
Vipassana, visualization, mantra/chanting, music and
meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Come join a circle
of like-minded friends on this path of mental clearing
and self-discovery.
